In the beginning of this post I discussed a big Cottonwood that has been taken by the flood. For anyone interested you can see this tree in a couple of photos I took not too long ago on 11-21-04 when the fall colors were very scenic along the creek. Go to page 42 at the Wizard's pictures link below and in photo three you can see this tree in the creek in about the middle of that photo, the top of it very bright yellowish orange, seen just to the right of the blue pool in the creek. Also in photo six on page 42 you can see the top of the bueatiful tree rising with its yellowish orange top above the lower reddish colored trees. It was such a healthy wonderful tree, I will miss its color, bright greens of summer, and its bueaty in fall as seen in the photos.
