Well it looks like we have consensus. I will mail the letter tomorrow with Sycamore's revision to item 3.
Jobe, the USFS folks are trying to do their job under the constraints of a limited budget, severe staff limitations, required goverment red tape, and a severe fire danger created by the drought and bark beetle. Let's cut them a break and keep the criticism constructive. The reason for DCV member's letter is to try and propose a potential solution. Thanks.
