The public has free access to the hotsprings if they choose. There has been an established pattern of harrassment of the owner of Bowen Ranch by the Moss Mill Gang that continues to this day. I see Katrina and friends as aggressive parties in this longrunning fued. Its time for her to end the harrassment and let go of th grudge. A resentment is like a dead skunk......the longer you keep it the worse it smells.
