I think I agree with the majority here, bringing guns to the springs is definately uncool, especially when your talking about shooting them in family canyon.
I also think it is reasonable for anyone to remember that when you go the any of these places, you are entering the homes of these animals. They were here first. If there is a problem animal, then the forestry service will need to relocate the animal.
This winter, we have even had bear sightings in my town, high desert of Morongo Valley. They are a part of our environment. It is ignorant to want to enjoy just one aspect of nature, but yet outcast another.
