Yeah Rick, the so called hair growing on top of my head at that time was a bit too much like cheap carpet. I later opted to shave my mug since it seemed like every day I was having a " Bad Hair Day! " :-) The cold air in the winter really settles down into that basin area around the hotpools. It gets colder down there than in the city of Mammoth ( which is higher up ) on many occasions. Craig I did find the pictures of that trip to the Tub in the cold. It was in November of 1996. I put 6 of them at the " Wizards pictures " link below on page 13. The morning at the Tub was so beautiful with fresh snow all around after the storm of the previous day :-)
