As promised, here's everything I could put together on the GPS files for the trails. I pulled from several different blogs and trip reports to aggregate everything, and I think you can see the split in the Bradford trail pretty well (there's a track for each way). This should make it really easy.
You can save the map to your own google account, export as a .kmz, and use on your phone or gps unit too!
