That sounds like a good idea. However, I have yet to receive anything in writing from this Forest Service office. I have written numerous letters and even FOIA requests have gone ignored.
Try a FOIA request and ask for any written memorandums, letters, notes, policies, within their files concerning nudity in the national forest.
A FOIA request would ask for public documents within their file, state how these documents are important for the public to know, and demonstrate that the information will become publically [distributed to the public] known.
