Laughing Bear, there are a whole bunch of hot springs around Ensenada, including Russian Valley, Marconi, Valle La Trinidad,Uruapan, Punta Banda, Cantu, Rancho Gilberto and Agua Caliente.
Agua Caliente is an older hot springs resort that has a hot outdoor soaking pool (97 degrees) several indoor bathhouses (97-108) and an outdoor cool pool (75). Motel rooms used to be available, I'm not sure if they still are.
To get there, go about 16 miles east of Ensenada on Route 3. Look for the dirt road on the right at kilometer marker 26. The dirt road is about 5 miles, 4 wheel drive recommended, but high clearance two wheel drive should be OK. They do not have a telephone or mail address. It's best to go there during the week or on non-holiday weekends. Enjoy if you go!
