Hi Sam,
If your usual way to go to Big C and Little C is up Gibraltar Road, then south on Camino Cielo along the top of the mountain, then down the backside dirt road past the Romero Saddle, then no, there is no affect. This is the main route that you and I have chatted about that is still closed because of the landslides.
Rick was talking about a completely different route -the OTHER way to get to Big C and Little C off of Highway 154 near Lake Cachuma and via the REd Rock area. This way requires substantial hiking because its only a trail to Little C. Most likely you'll never go in this way. Hope this helps clarify! Paul
