My ol Granny used to call it "dirty socks hotsprings" back in the day when 101 was a narrow 2 lane road. I havent been there in a while but I do remember the great mud and sulphery water that is great for healing. From SB,take 101 north to where it turns inland. I think the exit says highway 1 Lompoc. Get off freeway and the parking area is on the right hand side of 101. Hike about 1/2 mile up the dirt road/path and youre there.
