If anyone wishes to see a good example of vertical mulching . Just go @ 100 yards past the Bowen ranch on JF3 and look to the right. As the area was closed soon after the willow fire BLM work crews planted a large # of dead Juniper trees thereby covering up what was once an open route. I am certain Mr. Castro wanted this road near his back door covered.
Those noisey motorcylcles have made a new road here also. Continueing there distruction of this once gorgouse area.
