I'll check that out Sam, sounds plausible. Yesterday when I was at DCHS I soaked for about 3 hours, half of that time in the Aniversary pool and the other half in the Womb. I had no rash syptoms thankfully. When it has occurred in me was when I soaked in the Womb specifically for very long lengths of time, like three hours or more. Since springtime is just days away the warmer temperature will mean shorter soaks which will find this minor problem being forgotten again for another season, till cold weather comes along again :-)
