Hello all!!
I have not been following the forum since before our meeting. Many thanks to Wizard for the fine job of posting the minutes, which meant that he had to read and decipher all of my scribbled notes! (I sometimes have a hard time with doing that myself)

Glad to hear from Moose and Mojave Green with some relevant info on the OHV non-compliance problem and the BLM. That stands for Bureau of Land MANAGEMENT the last I heard. Don't mean to complain, but the non-compliance noted by others has also been noted by me and some management of this land is sorely needed. Every fresh motorcycle track paves a highway for the spread of invasive species that add to the fire danger in the area. Much of the areas junipers and pinon pines are gone and not likely to regrow in our lifetimes, not to mention the destruction of private property caused by major wildfires.

Need I mention those unsightly scars all over the hills?
