The weekdays should be pretty uncrowded. I would avoid Veterans Day weekend and even Thanksgiving weekend. November has variable weather at Deep Creek. Definitely cooler in the evenings- days can be cloudy or sunny -probably 60-70 degree range. November's a little early for the northern storm track to bring in rain, but it can happen. All these factors are truly irrelevant though - when your sittin in the Womb, nothing else matters ;-)
Creek should be fairly low like it is now. Won't build up until some good winter storms start filling the watershed.
