This issue must be approached with a clear head. Mixing in an old personal agenda against Mike Castro hardly serves the interests of those who would like to maintain access to Deep Creek Hot Springs.

For locals, Mike Castro's ownership of Bowen Ranch is a welcome change from the historic lawlessness of previous tenants. Every reader of this forum owes it to themselves to have a conversation with him prior to making a personal judgement.

That is not meant to invite a renewed series of character attacks by the usual detractors. We have agreed not to use this forum for personal attacks, so please allow others to quietly form their own opinion of Mike Castro.

As Gail stated, involvement in planning is vitally important. We will therefore appreciate being advised as to when these meetings are being held.
