If one enters at Bowen Ranch, and when entering the actual National Forest along the trail, there is no sign saying it is closed, then they couldn't fine you for entering could they? I think when we went, the small typed sign at the Ranch said it was closed, but had no date on it, and didn't look like it was Official. So we entered. And when we entered the park, there were no signs posted anywhere that it was closed...
