Dodge, one of the beautiful things about nudity is that it is the great equalizer. Deep Creek has historically experienced a wide range of soakers gay and straight alike. Everybody gets along except for the rare homophobic person. Hot Springs etiquette suggests no overt sexual activity in the pools. There are many , many places along Deep Creek within walking distance of the springs that are suitably private for romance.
