Howdy,
Springtime is a great time to soak so come on out. The hotsprings are on USFS land and overnight camping is not permitted in the canyon. The owner of the Bowen Ranch does allow people to camp on his land for a small fee. I think its $5 per person. There are no facilities there so bring everything with you including lots of water and a small shovel. Its about a 2 mile walk from the Ranch to the hotsprings.
Camping is also allowed on the BLM lands for free however, the roads can be confusing so I would recomend camping at the ranch on your first visit. We also have a local custom of clothing optional at the springs and no glass bottles. Hope you make it up here to enjoy this magical place.
Peace
