Kyle, If your coming from the Green Valley Lake area you can take HWY 18 west then turn off on HWY 173 which will take you around the eastern and then northern edge of Arrowhead Lake. 173 then descends and eventually the pavements ends and the road becomes dirt but it is well maintained. After the road turns to dirt go about one and a half miles to the white Kinely Creek bridge where there is a turnout area you can park. There is not a sign marking this bridge as the kinely creek bridge. Best to bring a San Bernardino forestry map to help you keep track of your location and that you are actually parking at the Kinely Creek bridge. The trail begins by going north from the bridge past a old metal road gate just off 173 and then the trail follows a small canyon just a hundred feet or so past the gate. Remember that you want to follow the small canyon downstream or left turn just past the metal gate. Once you get into this small canyon the trail will be clear all the way down into the Deep Creek Canyon to the PCT. Once you hit the PCT you will take it upstream along Deep Creek to the hotsprings which you will find after about 10 minutes of hiking. The Bradford Ridge trail is about two and a half miles long. You will descend about 1000 feet in elevation in hiking this trail to the hotsprings which is basically the same elevation loss when hiking from the Bowen Ranch parking area. If you are used to a hike like this I would suggest that you will save time in hiking the bradford Ridge trail since it will take you about 50 plus minutes to go all the way around to the North side of the creek to hike from the Bowen Ranch.
