If the courts are to decide the ownership of the building at Bowen Ranch, why is there no case currently pending? If the true owner of the Bowen Ranch house is DCHS inc, why do they let it sit on private property owned by Mike Castro? California law allows for a property owner to charge storage fees and attach leins.
@!#$ and friends seem to have a rudimentary knowlege of the law and are well aware of the statute of limitations involving civil cases. As time goes by, these issues become a mute point, unless you happen to be in the mysterious Deep Creek triangle. For the time being, Mike Castro is the owner and occupant of the Bowen Ranch. Unless DCHS inc can prove otherwise in a court of law, he will remain so.
