Again your logic went astray. One can get more information about the storm/s passing through the area from listening to TV and radio weather reports than by reading what Rick posted for the Deep Creek / high desert area.

There's less hiking the moutains this time of year anyway and hikers, (not that many of them this time year) will hear what the weather is like from TV and Radio broadcasts.

Then lastly, you say:
