I write this with knowledge that as a consequence I may be labled as part of the "Bowen Ranch Gang". On the other hand I feel that others feel I am partial towards DCHS, Inc. Yet others consider me a fence sitter. People are free to think and write what they like, however responsible people sometimes need to excersize restraint even if we feel that the Constitution gives us the right to slander others.

You say that the "Bowen Ranch internet gang utilizes unsubstantiated wild and horrible allegations in order to attempt to discredit DCHS, Inc." While there may be some truth in the statement I feel that it is just as true that DCHS, Inc. utilizes unsubstantiated wild and horrible allegations in order to attempt to discredit Mike Castro and the Bowen Ranch. Sorry but I do not see the difference.

I also agree with you in regards to Jobe that "if there were actual real evidence, I would hope that the witnesses would have gone to the appropriate authorities." Once again, I would like to endorse this statement in regards to the allegations the "Bowen Ranch Gang" make against DCHS, Inc. and also the ones you make against Make Castro and the Bowen Ranch. We have often discussed that this feud is not good for the future of the Springs that Deep Creek Volunteers is trying to protect.

What uspset's me most however from your initial post is the stories you are saying about Kary (whether that is her name or not is irrelevant). Kary apparantly is still a minor from her posts and the photos she has shared with the group. If I was the parent of such a minor and you made the post you did, regardless of whether it is true or not, I would now be looking for a lawyer to sue you and DCHS, Inc. This kind of information does not belong on the internet. If it is true I really hope that Kary finds the necessary courage in herself to report it to the authorities, if not immediately, at least when she reaches eighteen. However, putting these stories on the internet whether they are true or not after a minor has shared photos of herself through this website, constitutes a form of child abuse in itself.

I would very much appreciate that in your effort to further pursue your cause agains Mike Castro you do not drop to such lows as to utilize minors in this way. As I have said before, hand over the evidence to the corresponding authorities of any true crimes, but let's try and use this website to improve the springs.

During the last month I have seen a significant amount of self restraint shown by several people on this Forum. There is a lot less negativity. Katerina, do you think there is any chance you could join this trend?
