DCR, the stipulation about putting on your clothes when a complaint is made is only, as I have found, related to the Forest Service and thier policy. The BLM and the Sheriffs dept, by my understanding, would not be applying this stipulation and would simply arrest you. Katrina, I thought I'd seen a recent article in the Daily Press discussing this situation that recently developed were the BLM are not being allow to enforce state laws. Let us know if you find out any new relevant info, thanks.
