There is a local person who makes arrowheads and hangs out at the springs. It may be one that he made.
Senior Gary Grams at the Village has seen numerous arrowheads in the local mountains and may know if there were any flint ones in this area.

Here is a theory about the arrowhead. Since it was found under the trees at the bend in Deep Creek, you would remember how that place gets completely flooded every so many years. So anything really ancient over there most likely would have been washed away over the years.
And anything that washed in there like from a recent flood would have been worn away from the flood waters vs. rocks.
Anway, there is another take. I have an arrowhead that I found as a young lady in the Sierras.
