I didnt find anything offensive.. short of the fact that Charles Manson may have frequented the area.. but one look at Mike Castro and that seems logical.
I also believe Mike C intends good but may occasionally cause problems by his "shotgun" parking patrols.
Having said that..
i am way too lazy to get back to the springs.
way too many drugs and drinkers for me
