Re: Bowen Ranch Road Washed Out?

Paul. I have not gone there in about 3 weeks. so no I do not know about road conditions. I suggest you try the Bradford ridge path. VERY busy here. I have noticed many inaccurate things on All Trails about d.c.h.s. For one it says it is 3.6 miles out and back using the Bowen ranch trail.. NO!, It is 2.2 miles one way. That adds up to 4.4 miles.. Also a forest adventure pass is NOT required to park at the trail head. Also the Mojave river is 6 miles down stream from the hot springs The springs are on Deep Creek. As most persons already know. Also the trail back is NOT all up hill. It is mostly up hill. I will be posting about these inaccuracies on All Trails soon. Have a nice day.
