I was talking to Jobe today and he mentioned that there is snow in the area around the Bowen Ranch today. I could see earlier that the snow level was pretty low looking across the valley toward Phelan from our place in Apple Valley, maybe down to around 4,000 feet at that time. Just a while ago there was lightning, thunder and hail here where we live.
