Is there alternative parking close to Bowen ranch now?

I haven't been to Deep Creek for a year sadly. I read somewhere (can't remember where now) that someone bought the land next to Bowen Ranch and is available for parking and camping. I would like to arrive super-early, like at 7-8am and spend the whole day at the springs and head out to be back at the car by sundown. I typically park at Bowen Ranch and despite his rants and weird behavior, it has been fine. I know I need to get out of there by sundown or else he locks the gate. But I'm not sure how early I could go (would someone be at the gate at 7-8am?). But anyway, if anyone can get me on the up and up if anything has changed as of late in regards to parking, that would be great. I look forward to having a day there finally.
