Hello Paul, from talking to Jobe about the new access point, when you are getting near the Bowen Ranch you know that right hand turn that takes you along the north side of the Bowen Ranch, the same road that can be used to get around to the Freedom Trail parking area, that is the way to the new access point. The new property is on the west and apparently also the south side of the Bowen Ranch. The road around the ranch has been graded and a road was made also to get to that old southern parking area of the Bowen Ranch. It sounds like there is fencing on all sides of the Bowen Ranch now. Jobe, my wife and I hiked to DCHS today using the Bradford Ridge Trail. While we were soaking in the Phoenix Pool I met Tomfoolery and his friend. They used the new access route. Jobe said he is going to post a trip report about the day soon. Happy New Year
