.A low pressure system moving inland through Southern California
will bring areas of snow for late tonight through midday Saturday
with occasional snow showers Saturday afternoon.

SATURDAY ABOVE 6500 FEET...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches, with localized amounts up to 8 inches, are expected.
* WHERE...Mountains above 6500 feet. Some snow is possible down to
around 5500 feet.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 6 PM PST Saturday. The most widespread
snowfall is expected through noon Saturday with occasional snow
showers in the afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
