...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 1 PM PST MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from 4 AM to 1 PM PST Monday.

* Winds...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph and locally 60
mph.

* Timing...Winds strengthening late tonight, peaking Monday
morning after sunrise, then weakening early to mid Monday
afternoon.

* Location...Mountain ridges, through and below mountain passes,
along desert slopes and into adjacent desert floor areas.
Interstates 15, 10 and 8 likely impacted with strong cross-
winds.

* Visibility...Locally down to 1 mile or less in the deserts due
to blowing dust or sand.

* Impacts...Hazardous driving conditions for high profile
vehicles. Blowing dust reducing visibilities for motorists.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
