I've never been down during the week and am super jealous! Tuesday's my birthday, and I'd much rather be sitting in a hot spring than working.
I'm a big fan of the Bradford Ridge trail, coming from LA it's a shorter drive. I'd rather hike longer and drive less. Like Wizard said, I believe there's a turnoff at the bottom. If anyone has a GPX file, let me know.
