Snow is on the mountains just above the canyon, and an icy wind from the north is blowing today. The creek level went up quite a bit suddenly last Friday during the most intense part of the storm but is back down again. The Arizona Pool I would guess is under the stream and maybe even the Serenity Pool. The stream crossing from the beach given the stream levels I saw yesterday at Deep Creek will be above waist level, maybe even chest deep. The Bradford Ridge Trail is a good option since you do not have to cross Deep Creek. Depending on the snow conditions in the higher mountains around Crestline, the road down to that trail head may not be graded yet. Call the Discovery Center at Fawnskin on Big Bear lake to get info about that. Good Luck smiling smiley PS, directions for the Bradford Ridge Trail can be found at the DCV link near the bottom of this page.
