read pages45258-45260 this was a court ruling about the rainbow family which I have been a lifetime member since 1972. The rainbow family is a religious group who worships in our National Forest and if you pay close attention they won the right in this court ruling to worship there.

If you look closely you will notice the feds have buried this court ruling with B.S. over time to be almost unreconisable. BUT, it is still enforceable.
