Unfortunately, due to work, weekdays are not an option for me; it also doesn't make much sense to make the drive and not stay at least one night. I've always wanted to come on a Tuesday/Wednesday and enjoy a slower, less crowded time.

Saturday afternoon/night was quite pleasant; the unexpected chilly weather made everyone pack up and leave early in the afternoon, and the rest of the day/later that night were very mellow and pleasant. The only people who stayed were all good company.

And agreed; the creek is getting to be a nice temperature; in a month it'll be great for some adventures north and south of the springs.
