Its all about context. I do not disagree with Wayne's basic premise included in his message.
A lot of the problem is that many visitors are simply not aware that it is illegal to camp at the springs. Others are aware but choose to violate the no camping regulations. What is needed are large signs at the beginning of the Bowen Ranch Trail, The Freedom Trail ,and the Bradford Ridge Trail that simply state, "No Overnight Camping at the Hot Springs" . What could be clearer than that?
