As Meh mentioned, this area of Deep Creek where the accident happened is not near the hot springs. Like Rick and the article said, law enforcement is minimal or non existent in this area. I have no problem with more Forest servce enforcement of the no camping regulations around the hot springs area. Keep in mind they don't care about nudity at the springs. I don't know of anyone ever getting a ticket or citation for nudity at the springs.
