I've been out on the Appalachian Trail these last 2 year and I find that some of the people are just as bad as the ones Jobe has described. Did you mean MOFO hill, Jobe? There is no one who is going to run up it. Most of those who come to these wilderness places are truly a part of a great community. But many suffer from a couple of knuckleheads. BTW, the ecoli count in Deep Creek was the highest at the place we swim next to the springs. Go figure. All the knuckleheads going to close to the creek. Leave No Trace asks for 200 feet from water and trail. 8 inches of cover and that you carry out your paper supplies. The knuckheads leave their paper for the squirrels. They like to dig it up.
