I just talked to a guy, Jesse at the 24 hour fitness today here in Apple Valley where I swim. I had told him about DCHS and he has been up there twice now, including today when I saw him he just got back from a hike there and said the Bowen Ranch Rd was fine, not dusty because of the rains yesterday. He didn't say anything about it being in bad shape or anything like that.
