Wizard, when I got back home, I took a close look at several pictures I took of the Anniversary Pool, and you're right- the water level was definitely lower when the pool was full and the bottle plug was in. In my pictures I could actually see a sort of "bathtub ring" because of the lower water level.I just never noticed it when I was in the pool. So yeah, maybe Joe hasn't plugged it yet, but your towel should still be there.
