Under July 24th of last year, there is mention of a Michael Castro, not sure if it is the same Michael, but for theft. If it was suspicion only, he may have been released so the case never made it to court. If that's the case, that would explain lack of an indexed story on the internet, and also I believe he has a right to contact the author and request the entry be removed.
