THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EXTREME
SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING HOT DAYTIME WEATHER TO INLAND AREAS.

DURING HOT WEATHER...
* AVOID STRENUOUS OUTDOOR ACTIVITY IF POSSIBLE.
* IF YOU HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE...DRINK PLENTY OF NON-ALCOHOLIC...
NON-CAFFEINATED FLUIDS.
* WEAR LIGHTWEIGHT LOOSE-FITTING CLOTHING.
* WEAR A HAT TO SHIELD YOURSELF FROM THE SUN.
* USE SUN SCREEN TO REDUCE POSSIBLE SUNBURN.
* TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AIR CONDITIONING AND SHADE IF POSSIBLE.
* NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN OR PETS IN ENCLOSED VEHICLES...EVEN
BRIEFLY.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND
UPPER DESERTS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THE FLASH
FLOOD POTENTIAL INDEX IS LOW...THE RISK OF FLASH FLOODING IS
MINIMAL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

THROUGH FRIDAY...HOT DAYTIME WEATHER WILL CONTINUE FOR INLAND
AREAS.

FOR TUESDAY...THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE
MOUNTAINS AND UPPER DESERTS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
THE FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL INDEX IS LOW...THE RISK OF FLASH
