The website should be up in 24 hours. This was not at all related to any legal action.
What happened previously was due to using a free website with stringent terms. The terms stated that if the information may be considered libelous or defamatory that they reserved the right to cancel the website.
Obviously what is on the website could be considered libelous or defamatory and the server did not want to be involved in that possibility.
