BY FRIDAY. THIS WILL BRING STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS TO THE
MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS...MAINLY BELOW CANYONS AND PASSES. WINDS
WILL PEAK FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND WEAKEN ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM FRIDAY TO 1 PM PST
SATURDAY.

* TIMING: EARLY FRIDAY MORNING INTO EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: AREAS OF NORTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO 55
MPH. OCCASIONAL LOCAL GUSTS TO NEAR 65 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
MOST FAVORED LOCATIONS.

* IMPACTS: THE WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
MOTORISTS WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WATCH FOR BROKEN TREE
LIMBS AND DOWNED POWER LINES.
