SATURDAY.

* TIMING: EARLY FRIDAY MORNING INTO EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: AREAS OF NORTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 45 TO 55
MPH. OCCASIONAL LOCAL GUSTS TO NEAR 65 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
MOST FAVORED LOCATIONS.

* IMPACTS: THE WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
MOTORISTS WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WATCH FOR BROKEN TREE
LIMBS AND DOWNED POWER LINES.
