...COLD STORM FROM THE NORTHWEST FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY...

A COLD STORM SYSTEM FROM THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
SOUTHWARD JUST OFF THE WEST COAST...REACHING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
LATE TONIGHT OR EARLY MONDAY. THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
SLOWLY INLAND ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND NORTHERN BAJA MONDAY
AND TUESDAY BRINGING SHOWERS AND A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS.
SNOW LEVELS WILL LOWER TO AROUND 4000 FEET. ALONG AND WEST OF THE
MOUNTAINS...RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM ONE HALF TO
ONE INCH WITH AMOUNTS OF ONE QUARTER INCH OR LESS IN THE DESERTS.
HEAVY SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED IN THE MOUNTAINS ABOVE 5000 FEET WITH
LESSER AMOUNTS DOWN TO AROUND 4000 FEET.
