Your question brings up the cliche "it is what it is". Before digital watches I rounded out the time into quarters. Now it is 11:27, because "it is what it is". I am just reporting what my digital thermometer says. When I entered the Anniversary pool I asked the two pretty women there to guess what the water temp was. One said 105 the other said 106. the first pretty woman won. It is what it is.
Like every thing else if it bothers you ignore it.
