I used a brand called Graffiti Remover it comes in a bottle with a brush. It is paint remover which i will refill with Kut - Zit paint remover. Because that worked better when I was fixing up Gold Strike canyon before. And I will bring a better steel wire brush from my house next time.
Also I came across Scotty on my way home he was at Bowen ranch road and Oak Springs road and I gave him a ride back to the freedom trail. So he is back at the springs now. Hopefully he is packing out his trash to go to Hawaii. Don't bet on that, me and other volunteers will probally get most of that.
