It is important to note that the Penny Pines project mentioned at the bottom of your post link at fs.usda/gov.. Is less than 1 mile from the Bradford Ridge access point to DCHS. This will effect persons using this route. It is also at the south end of the Miller canyon project referenced above.
It is my opinion this work should have begun 2-3 years earlier as there are many large dead pine trees in that area which pose a threat to everyones safety.
Thank you for making us more aware of this important project.
