Gotta agree with you. I've spent alot of time up in the Redding/Shasta Lake area and I love it! Much to do and see. Have you been to Burney falls? nice place to visit. The one drawback though is the HEAT in Redding - it can get unbearable!! I guess that's when you launch your boat and cool off on the water. I envy you having a plan. Right now my wife and I can't really see too far out beyond our daughters wedding next year. Maybe after that we can sit down, catch our breath and start planning for ourselves. See ya at the springs.....
