In spite of three stints in rehab and unresolved drug charges from his 2009 arrest, former 1st District Supervisor Bill Postmus is apparently still struggling with a years-long addiction to methamphetamine. When Postmus was arrested on corruption charges early Wednesday morning at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Hesperia, officials said they again found the addictive drug on him, adding “possession of a controlled substance” to the slew of charges he’s now facing.
